Creamy Matcha Vanilla Milkshake

Large glass, 350ml
Base
- 2 grams of Mood Matcha (about one teaspoon)
- 30 ml of warm water (max. 70°C)
Texture
- 2 generous scoops of premium vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml of milk of your choice
Garnish (optional)
- A subtle pinch of Mood Matcha as garnish

Scoop the matcha into your favorite bowl and add the warm water. Use your bamboo whisk (chasen) to whisk the tea. Continue until a smooth base with a nice foam layer is created.
Combining
Gather the vanilla ice cream, the cold milk, and your freshly whisked matcha in a blender. This is the moment when the earthy tea flavor will beautifully blend with the creamy vanilla.
Pouring
Blend the mixture briefly (15 to 20 seconds) until it has a smooth texture. Pour it directly into a nice glass. Finish by lightly sifting some extra matcha powder over the top for an elegant visual contrast. Take a moment for yourself and enjoy in peace.
