Warm Cinnamon Matcha Latte

Large glass, 350ml
Base
- 2 grams Mood Matcha (one teaspoon)
- 80 ml warm water (maximum 70°C)
Accents
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (plus a pinch for garnish)
- A dash of vanilla extract (optional)
Addition
- 200 ml milk of choice
Preparation
Base
Combine the matcha and cinnamon in a bowl and pour in the warm water. Whisk until a foamy layer forms. Then immediately stir in the honey.
Frothing
Heat your milk and froth it to a airy texture.
Assembly
Pour your spiced matcha base into a large glass or your favorite mug and gently pour the frothed milk over it. Finish your creation with a pinch of cinnamon on the foam layer. Take a moment for yourself, and enjoy the warmth and tranquility.
