Your Mood Matcha moment begins with delivery. We like to keep it simple. Here you will find everything you need to know about shipping and returning your order.

Shipping

We pack your order with the utmost care, so it arrives safely.

  • Delivery time: We aim to deliver your package within 1 to 2 business days, so you can quickly enjoy your matcha.
  • Shipping costs: We offer free shipping throughout the Netherlands.
  • Track your package: As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.

Returns

Of course, we hope you'll be completely enchanted by the quality of our matcha. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Since we work with a premium natural product, there are a few things to consider:

  • Matcha: Matcha is a fresh food product. To guarantee food safety and the highest quality for all our customers, we can only accept matcha returns if the original seal is unbroken. Unfortunately, we cannot accept an opened jar or bag.
  • Accessories: Did you also order accessories, such as a bowl or bamboo whisk? These can, of course, be returned, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Costs: The shipping costs for returning your package are at your own expense.

How do I register a return?

Check the seal: Ensure the original packaging of the matcha is 100% unopened and the product is in its original condition.

Add info: Put a note with your name and order number (e.g., #1024) in the box.

Attach the label: Purchase a shipping label online or at a parcel point (e.g., via PostNL or DHL) and clearly attach it to the box. Keep your Track & Trace receipt safe.

Refund: Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 days to the account you used for payment.
